I'm thinking a lot about IR because it's one of the dragons I like the most. It's model and idea is very attractive for everyone, but when we are talking about it's combat design, it becomes frustrating. By now, IR is the weakest fighter of all dragons, it is supposed to be a close range fighter but gets outranged even by an ASD. It can't fight SS because its slow, can't fight ASD because you lack the range for the flames (and if you try to land they just walk away from you) and can't fight FS because you are squishy compared to them. Based on all this I had some ideas that could fix some of the problems without making the IR overpowered.

Q ability, the flame cloak: Its supposed to give IR and advantage on bite fight, and it does. But IR's are squishy and will start bleeding at any biting, so Q's flame cloak should cauterize bleeding, so they have a chance to leave combat for a few minutes. It's not going to be OP because we would be very low at health anyway, and they are already free targets for SS.

RMB + LMB, his fire spitting ability: It's basically a cosmetic fire by now, they are basically useless in any fight. So, his fire could be a fire burst, like Bio's spit, but obviously with fire. Somehow its easier to land, and could even be charged for an increased damage.

This changes could make him a better close ranged fighter without making him OP, and he should be feared at close quarter combat since he's already outranged by everything.
