You don't have the Bio Dragon DLC just access to the beta testing. Probably you didn't buy the Kickstarter that would gave you a bio dragon key

that doesnt explain all the access ive had in game then from the start till now :/ we got the elderdragon kickstarter thing and I thought they changed it so that all kickstarters could unlock the dragons like bio.. but i guess i was wrong, im still considered a backer to the game so im confused by that as well

Bio's always been tier specific. You either have a key from the tiers that had them, get one from a giveaway or from when they sold keys the past couple of years.

If you have the backers reward pack in your DLC list or you can find your pledge on Kickstarter then yeah. You have to take the proof to a moderator.

Or even the emails. If you can pull the pledge receipt and your backer number you can screencap that and DM a Discord mod here and they can set you up with the role.

I'll see if I can find it but might take a while so imma just close this and save meh screenshots incase i need to open it again or DM one later for all this. too much stress and imma just go enjoy the game with friends
