FS should counter SS since SS counter everything else currently and will hard counter Ravager. But an FS should not be zooming. I honestly would like to see SS have low lightning resistance so they get countered by blitz and FS counter blitz but it is hard to say what is better.
It would be cool if FS had faster take off and ascended faster than SS but slower horizontal movement. That would also make for interesting combat in game as well.
