Bio and micro nest difference

They could have the same type of nest but in different environment. Like for bio, they nest in cave on the wall and the nest could be made with rock. For the micro, they could nest in tree and the nest are made with branches and grass

Since they are both tiny dragons with really weak young, they would both probably benefit from having high-up narrow-doored nests
