I would be okay with this if A: It was a server toggle so servers could choose it
B: These servers that have it toggled don't show the information to players, But rather save it on a server log or have it show on say the Admin Pannel, So server admins can see who killed who and watch for any repeat offenders
But just showing to players who kills you just gives so much chance for griefing and toxicity as well
Imagine a new player being targeted for fighting back against someone and winning, But the dragon they killed was part of a massive clan
And now the clan knows the new player's name and can target them very easily

This ^ you would get targeted

Also the admins don't seem to care if someone's being toxic in game, so you would just get rude stuff thrown at you in global

ditto on the toxicity.
the reason why it works on fps games like in battlefield is because you cant really talk to the other person, and you don't really see them since servers are not set outside of region.
If DoD were to have it, it could encourage clans hunting down one person for killing one of their own (such a thing is already happening, even without names).
I can only see this being beneficial if it were restricted only to admin logs of who-killed-who
