Answering the questions:
-
Difficult on terms of individual subjects will be quite similar but a level tends to go into more depth.
-
The amount of topics and depths they go into.

CBSE syll is pretty diff from IGCSE at least. I dont know about A levels. I was doing IGCSE and CBSE simultaneously in 9th and 10th, and even though there was some overlap, the types of questions are different
One similarity, at least for IGCSE, was that there are usually a fixed type of questions that are repeated alot and then there are some unique ones
if ur doing a levels now, u should know you cant rely on pure memorisation anymore
questions wont fome from the book exactly
you have to learn how to to think critically and analyse stuff
also studies is not everything, focus on extra curriculars too
and you mentioned mbbs? Are you interested in med school?
well you have to be able to connect ideas while youre learning the material, which means writing stuff verbatim wont really help. Youll have to solve more questions than engage with theory.
If you want examples, you can check out the different subject channels and see how people are answering questions and have an idea of how to approach them and thier thought processes
abroad right? You will have to give neet for MBBS
which is very different from a levels
then what you might be thinking about is not mbbs that im reffering to
