Depends on where you want to apply, some unis value extracurriculars more than others. For med I’d recommend getting an internship at a hospital/ clinic or you can also volunteer or do research work

for medical, chances of getting scholarships are really low
pretty much non existent but there are unis that offer merit based scholarships afaik.

You can also do free med courses, start med related clubs at school
