I believe it's possible. I've heard of many people taking A level subjects that are completely new to them. While I'm not aware of the exact difficulty of Business in A levels(seeing as I'm not doing business or a levels), I would still recommend you to study the basics of business, or see the required concepts for the course and study accordingly.
u can still take it lol its gonna be hard regardless coz its an alevel
I want to take business and economics for A level but I don't know the third subject to choose, I really need a good combination for a high paying job
are u studying coz u want money or coz u love these
the hunger for money will only get u so far
i took a2 econ for the same reason
I was taking science at first because of money but I realized I don't really like bio, which is going to be difficult for me in the long run but I really do well in economics so I thought of adding business to it but I have no idea what the third subject should be. Is IT an option? Are there high paying jobs for it aswell
why u doing everything because of money
and u do realize physics and chem exist aside from bio
Yh I do, but I'm not good at physics
I wanted to do something I'm good at
Like economics
u do ig econ right
Yess
i wont lie to u
alevel econ isnt the sunshines and rainbows that ig econ paints
mann this reminds me of me in igs
Is it that hard
its not hard the work becomes so boring that u dont evne wanna look at it again
it becomes mroe of a chore than getting out of bed
and i wasnt bad at econ at all but alevel econ def showed me finance aint my route
im confused, u dont like bio, ur bad at physics, are u good at chem?
I'll try it bc I really don't want to do science because it's also draining
Is most about math?
no its just really fucking boring
a2 econ:
Yes I'm good at chem
ion think youll manage sciences with just chem
Yes that's why I want to change to something else
no wonder
ig try ur luck with alevel math business and economics
i wont recommend IT
But I don't know the job opportunities for econs business and IT
if u take business and econ ur mostly setting urself up for anything to do with
data analytics
financial analyst
accountant but with a lot of hustle
data science
pretty much that stuff
😭math is not for me, I really thought I was done with that subject when I finished IG m/j 😭
ur not gonna manage university econ without math
for me it was fine
i wont say it was easy coz it wasnt
but it was down to how many qns u really do
Did you do add math
I didn't do add math
but even ppl with add math got Bs in alevel math
so really
alevel math doesnt care about who did add math and who didnt
it puts u and an add math student on the same level
especially pure math 3
for p1 the add math kids sitll have a tiny extra edge
but otherwise, not really
Wow, this is a tough one, plus I'm going to be doing business at fresh
its not hard if u put in the work
its hard when u start making excuses abt how this person is doing better coz they did add math and what not
Thank you very much, but with jobs like data analyst don't u have to gain experience before you can be qualified to be called that
pretty much
u need experience for any job nowadays
u also need to sit some exams for a position as a CFA
lvl 1-3
What is CFA
chartered financial analyst
officially financial analyst basically
they get paid hella
but they gotta do hella shit
and its math intensive if u couldnt tell
I have to really sit up with math then
Sure, do you have any tips on how to get high grades in math
zainematics is good for notes
also oxford uni press textbook is good
practice as many textbook qns as u can
once ur comfortable with the topic practice atleast 10 past paper questions
20 if its a small topic
and once ur done with the syllabus
Per topic?
timed exam condition past papers
yes?
mark strictly
none of that ''ohh i was gonna write that so im gonna give the mark''
I like doing that 😭
i know coz u remind me of me and i used to do that
So it is business economics and math then
u can take IT if u want but from what i hear IT is hell-ish
😭well it's good to seek advice to not repeat mistakes
id prefer u take 3 since u already dont have a solid foundation on business nor maths so u can allocate more time for those 2
if u need further advice ask r/6thform reddit or join the discord
they're full of alevel students and uni students
or r/alevel
Ohk how do I join
the discord?
On Reddit
Ohk
asin just search up r/6thform on reddit
theyll have the discord server link in their description probably
Sure, thank you very much
Appreciated
