Planning on taking Math, Bio, and Chem for AS and A-levels as I haven't decided much on whether it'll be med or eng, but most probably med, are the three subjects enough to keep both doors open for me, and are they difficult?

In IGCSE I didnt recieve my results I am expecting maybe 6A* or 5A* and 1A in ESL cuz I studied last minute, but in science and math I'd say I did very well and is expecting very high marks. But for math I am not the best, although I did very well, I am afraid the concepts will be hard for me to understand, any experience?
