Subject choices for A levels

Hi guys I wanna know if i can take bio n chem without physics for the medical field and its not about which i wanna specialize in its about which unis would accept that,

fyi im from the UAE and many good unis here require physics

and also if i did take physics for my igs if its acc doable to do physics n chem self study for the oct nov session within 3 months.

btw my options are:

1. bio. 2. chem 3. travel n tourism
2. bio 2. chem 3. business
3. bio 2. chem 3. environmental management
