I Dream university is to be in cambrdige and Currently I am in my IGCSE's and going to finish it coming october november, but I am not sure how many subjects do I need to write, and what are the expected grades I need to join an engineering or math course as undergraduate, and also What are the grades I have to get If I am in IBDP, and when writing IGCSE's, do 1 O level subject count?

Aim for 8-10 IGCSEs, and 4 subjects would be fine for A levels

As for grades, check the requirements on the website

Check the requirements for whatever degree you want to take in Cambridge

it’s not going to be easy one but

IGCSE is not as big just do decently and try to get a good amount of a*
If you’re doing IBDP based on what you want
you kinda NEED uh
AAHL maths
HL physics
you can choose the rest yourself - use your IGCSE performance to guide this
