if you're interested in computer science then take CS over IT if your school offers CS
a level IT can be quite confusing and stressful as there's not many resources online, the textbook doesn't align with the markscheme of past papers
more people want to take IT instead of CS?
i believe for a comp sci degree, IT is considered regardless of country
many unis don't require al cs
so instead you could take chem
if you don't want to do IT
i don't believe it is a waste
are you aiming for unis outside of UK?
i'm pretty sure that IT is counted as an a level
it would be taken in for your admissions
IT is counted
better to do 3AL than 4AS
