foundation is easier, dont do alevels pain , if u have option to do foundation and go to medicine, u should consider that, but like u said alevels is good if u want to apply to more unis, because one uni wont accept foundation from another uni sometimes

u see the problem isnt even that alevels is hard, problem is alevels in malaysia is crazy like why the hell do we study this 2 year program in less than 1.5 years
