Not sure if this fits, but anyway

I’m getting worried that I am not going to get into university or college because I lack extracurricular activities

I do debate & public speaking and I have participated in some competitions (Asia Online E-Debate & WoLCE etc) but I have never excelled in it

Ik I’m kinda far from thinking about this but I’m not the best academically so am I overthinking everything?

It’s very competitive nowdays so I’m worried that I’m not gonna have a chance

Edit/Addition: I am thinking of going into Medicine, specifically pathology.

You can write research papers related to biology (or help write one)
Intern at a clinic or hospital
Community service
Tutor kids about biology
Play sports
Raise awareness on social media or irl about diseases

#

these would be solid extra curriculars for medicine if you're planning to apply to the US

#

but do know that medicine is considered a post graduate degree, meaning you'll have to go through pre med in under grad

You can try searching colleges around you and looking at their professors, if you find a professor doing research in something you find interesting then you can email them

You don't need to have everything focused towards medicine, but it's recommended because it shows your interest in the subject
