Drop EPQ or not?

I am currently in LVi doing 4 A levels: Maths, Further Maths, Comp sci and Physics. I am also currently starting my EPQ, but it seems a bit too demanding and the usefulness it has on my uni application seems limited. I will probably be applying to a computer science course or something related in that field. Should I drop my EPQ and focus on more important things like BMO, BPhO, BIO, other physics/maths/competitive programming competitions, reading books/consuming content to enrich myself etc? I honestly feel overwhelmed by my workload a bit right now, but I think I can (barely) handle it if I try hard enough for the whole year?

yep, EPQ is supposed to give you the time to explore your interests

but in your situation that's counterproductive if you want to study all of those things
