Watch how to do auto patches. And while you're at it how to use the z axis to fix your eyes unless it's supposed to have multiple pupils.

sorry for late reply but i added a cutter to the line art to fix the prob

to make the mouth a bit more natural i made this block that cuts out the black and then also made it so the face gets cut by the black color of the mouth so it doesnt appear inside the mouth, how should i go about dealing with the weird edges on the corners of the mouth?

The way I would do it is to make sure the lines are separate from the inside mouth art (I usually put the black lines on the Line-Art layer and the black inside of the mouth on the Colour-Art layer. Then use an Autopatch layer filter to cut through the head.

Use the entire head to reveal the line of the mouth... right now it looks like you are just having the colour art of the head revealing the mouth, which is why you get that little notch missing on the edge.
