yep, that looks similar to those that appear by constellation plates in prairie. though that only happened in light awaits/pre-global, so those constellations plates aren't really lore-related, they were just for quests iirc

Reminder that in Vault,
As you go up, things became more of a dreamy-like world. And once you reached the top and meditate at the Elder shrine, the whole vault changes to becoming abandoned and dark, right before the doorway to the Eye of Eden.

You see them at the top of eden because if the king ever wanted to convene with an elder the king could just use the shrine
And the vault has five at the top because the vault elder or maybe vault attendees could access the elders for information
For the twins cutscenes you can see they're in an arena
So it could be that people used the valley shrine to watch the valley elder in the dimension arena

A lot of the story is intentionally vague so people can form their own interpretations! There have been some things confirmed by the creators, but a lot of it is still kind of unknown and up to your own theories or how you would like to view it

So this is about the theory of diamond production and the purpose of flying boats. Boats are mainly for the use of carrying pots of light. You can see these pots of light being made at prairie and I say pots of light because there are butterflies put inside them. In the wave emote cutscene, u can actually see one of the flying boats carrying pots of light.
These pots are being shipped to forest to make power diamonds, they combine the light with organic material at forest and use a diamond press to combine them into an artificial Star, or what we call “power diamond”. You can actually see the concept of this by looking at the forest temple door mural. To add even more details, right when u enter forest the text on the bottom says to “find the source of an ancient power”. The pic below is another way of looking how power diamonds are made and how forest built them. If you look at the first krill area at wasteland, you can also see that this exact factory was used there. Now I know there’s boats everywhere and not all of them are carrying pots of light, so I jus assume they are for transportation since the people on the ground can’t fly naturally

Aether and light are sometimes considered interchangeable as elements , but it can also be essentially its own thing. Aether isn't as commonly used in storytelling for elements.
