no matter if you've relived the spirit or not, you have to burn a ball of darkness inside them first

and the actual spirit itself is covered in darkness

weird thought: what if the spirits we see rn died and their bodies were covered in darkness, and basically they were trapped their until the darkness was burnt away by skids
