I don't think Eden is quite the biggest realm. Probably the one that holds the highest significance, but probably not the biggest realm. Seems to be the biggest cause we have to transverse mountain to get on top.

okay, my personal theory is that because the amount of darkness and destruction gets less intense from eden to isle, there was some sort of "explosion" or something at eden that spread throughout all the other realms. Vault stays uncorrupt and undestroyed because its built underground into the mountain of eden, and vault itself was used as an elevator from wasteland to eden

yeah valley is quite a stark contrast as compared to the rest of the realms. everything's so grand, shiny and thrilling. since that would be where most of sky civilisation lived i wouldn't be surprised if they were ill-informed of what was going on around them (e.g power diamond drama, the war/battle) since like bricko said, they seemed to be very much removed from everyone.
what if the superficial glamour of valley really is a metaphor for how the valley residents lived and viewed the world around them? that they really ignored/were not informed of the bad stuff
and maybe that's why they might have been so chill with the king considering all the king symbols around , but they are not as imposing as king propaganda in gw
