What if those statues represent the content of the prophecy?
4 statues and symbolism:
- Turtle : immortality/long life, perseverence, protection, "carries the world on its back"
- Spider : creativity, Weaver of life's fate, Shadow self, dark aspects of life or personality, totality of the life cycle – the beginning and end, fear
- Bat : represent death in the sense of letting go of the old and bringing in the new, transition, of initiation, and the start of a new beginning.
- Lion : majesty, strength, courage, justice, the king of beasts
My take on these symbolities :
A new beginning for they who carried the world on their back, the children of the light. They shall learn wisdom from their predecessor and making amend of mistakes from their past life. May the light blessed them with might and bravery, for they shall be the king for once more in the new world

The same way of the lion ate a human child, it is still not evil. Light destroys Darkness and that it not evil. And darkness consumes light and that is not evil. These are just my personal views on darkness in Sky
