If we’re to follow this, then all the gates were built around the same time, which is why the Vault elder has no dot to keep in continuity with the Isle elder being the current advisor. Her dot is only on her tombstone, meaning it comes after the building of the gates and the worlds.

When the storm started, the King "died", leaving the soul (the Child of Light) in limbo, which is the light kid we meet in Eden when we die

And the elders fell, meaning what’s above even the kingdoms in the cloud? Well that would be orbit and The Light, but again it’s never depicted that the star representing the king falls. That is to say, it doesn’t streak downwards like the others and yet it reappears later out of the blue. I think that does provide some evidence to the figure theory. But to connect it with the theory that the child sent is the king, remember that the original star didn’t fall . The voice of narration in the intro sounds to me like The Light sent us down to fix the last wrongs. It says “Bring our stars home”. Our stars. If this is the light speaking it would make sense for all living creatures to be claimed by it, but why do we share that same claim? Well simply because the king finally fell, the king is us.
