First who Tsadi was fighting against... Tsadi (the Wasteland Elder) had an enemy to fend off. This “statue” of a warrior is praying to a candle 🕯 do you see the candle holder ?
The bird in the center is of Megabird. We find these statues in sanctuary, in hidden forest (and I’m sure somewhere else can’t remember)

Res has been documenting all the leitmotifs and noticed that elder cutscene is the only one without what we’ve been calling the ‘elder leitmotif’
So my proposition would be, perhaps it’s not the elder motif, but instead the king motif

Darkstone had lots of cool and different appearances over the course of the beta! It was more 'lively' back then than the bits in Eden are now, probably since it needed to draw the eye as a burnable object.

My guess is that the little diamonds are like batteries, used for a variety of purpose. The factories probably mass-produced them for taking all over the sky kingdom. The number of factories and how many diamonds go in each of those seems irrelevant, since any one could output a huge number of little diamonds.

Not to get too real, but I'm reading The Lost Art of Scripture by Karen Armstrong and she talks about how sound held (and continues to hold) a lot of power in many spiritual traditions, especially ones that have originated in India and that area. Apparently in the very earliest forms of (what we now call) Hinduism it was thought that the sound of certain scriptures being recited had more power than the actual meaning of the scriptures. Even today in traditions from around the world the sound of chanting or recitation of scripture or mantras is meant to draw a person in and bring them into a different state of mind. And music is also used in that way in many traditions (Christian church choirs, Sikh kirtan, and more I don't remember right now).
So even in the real world, sound--and music--has a lot of spiritual power.

Elders in orbit or wherever they were long before Sky --> darkness came --> elders fell --> elders fell to the world of Sky and established the realms and/or took over already existing realms --> power diamond theory and/or two shields theory and/or whatever other theory about Sky's rise and fall --> some sort of disaster that caused the downfall --> we are called to Sky

The theory states that the elders didn’t fall, they left their home on purpose to thrive and rule over the Sky ppl building their kingdom, and since their light was infinite
