I'd say the level layout is fine the way it is SkyLOL
Isle goes upwards a tiny bit into prairie, prairie then goes up to the drop into the forest, the end of the forest sends you super high up to the start of valley, which is really just the slope of a mountain and not an acutal valley itself, then it falls down into the wasteland (the true valley in terms of geography), and then we use the vault tower to get close to the summit of eden and we take our climb to the very top

Well i'll repeat my theory.
~~so like, Wasteland and forest may be connected, They share similar architecture and creatures minus the krill.~~

I believe Wasteland looks the way it does because:
The war killed all the now spirits in wasteland and their factory producing diamonds kept making waste and pumping it out like sewage, and because its been a long long time all the water has turn't to polluted sludge, The sludge could be related to the dark creatures. Hence why Krabs aren't damaged by the dark sludge and why krill possibly aren't affected.

Wasteland probably looked like Forest prior to the industrialization and war and was connected, They cut down all the trees to make way for their temples and monuments and yeah!

it looks like theres a very large tree stump up near where you spawn in wasteland which may or may not be a tree stump. it could just be a rock formation but eh.

I believe isle is located not too far from home, because I'm certain you can see isle off to the distance past the portals to the different kingdoms.
isle may be located not tooooo far but far from Forest & wasteland cause of the water. But that might be a stretch, Though we know that Prarie is close to Isle.

This leads me to another thought. How did the mantas get trapped in dark plants? Unless the light harvesting doesn’t kill the creature, but weakens them to the point they are exhausted and discarded outside the temple.

I think the butterflies etc were processed in forest. And wasteland. The vault mural shows the big light creatures being harvested, so I think the creatures were transported to vault for processing. And once their light had fully been harvested, they became the ghost (space) mantas

hmm if i have to say about what my favourite theory is from 2019.... ( ~~ coughs, i’m commenting from the fuuuUuTutreee hehee, aka 2020~~ )

Definitely has to be the Two Shields Theory. Since that as soon someone ( or at least a handful of people ) mentioned about the presence of these shields, more people start to take notice of them and decide to expand the theory, which I love about.

Something about this particular theory made me questions so much about the history of Sky Kingdom like, what are the connections the six realms had with each other? Are these shields belong to one group or two opposing sides? And if the opposing sides the case then why do Wasteland Elder has one shield in his shrine but the other at the Vault Elder’s Cutscene murals ( aka which side is he really on? )

[ Oh man there’s so much more questions but don’t wanna flood this channel too much so that’s all i could say ]

Despite not really relating to the premise of the game which is children with flight abilities and having to build bond through altruism ( and many other social interactions). But hey! Its something I personally enjoy seeing people here having fun with the theory. Especially since the theory went off the roof for almost the end of last month, December!

A bit back in this thread somebody mentioned (I think it was @modest sequoia ) harvesting the the mantas and butterflies for light and storing it in the vault. Is that why the shelves are filled with light bottles? I also found an empty one. Some have one light and others have two. Bottles filled with manta and butterfly juice aaaahhh 🤔😰

@sand abyss I was a crazyyyy fan of the war theory and I have been crazy over it for sooo long and all the evidence I had made sense but......one thing we always ignored is that the weapons are way too big for spirits to use, only the wasteland elder is big enough to wield those weapons so to be honest I don’t know what to say about it anymore 😔

Does anyone else ever think that the bleachers in the beginning of the valley races are a bit weird? Like imagine being part of the audience and you’re sat there and then the racers just zoom past and that’s it. You don’t see them again. It makes me feel like the valley races were never built to be races. In the skating race I think the whole thing is supposed to be a massive ruined part of the city that has been covered in snow,; the other buildings remain because they are higher up. Also this skating race part of the city may’ve had a long street going from the beginning, all the way to the coliseum (I like to imagine it’s a pretty important street and they held mini parades for athletes on their way to the coliseum). The flying race may have been more practical. Because there are clouds everywhere, and candle wax at the entrance, it could be used to transport goods with boats, but somehow the clouds got mixed into the city, leading into the coliseum. Idk the races just seem too odd to me :/

I never though the bleacher weird because people irl do enjoy having a glance at a long race.
But I did imagine the courses were originally not made for races, because there are too many ordinary-looking buildings along the way. The course of the skating race looks like an old river to me
