If you haven't done Eden or have any wing buffs, the max you can have is 88. Those are all lights in the realms plus the 10 in eden. It would be best to check out the wiki or a video guide on youtube

- Be a chibi. When you're a chibi you can run under most the rocks and you're faster. If you somehow manage to go oob you can skip levels and the krill, too.
- Make sure you're prepared, dont have only like 3 WL and go to eden
- get as many statues as you can before orbit.
- Dont get attached to your WL.

Chibi can get you stuck in rocks with no way out tho, so fair warning. Also chibis and tallies move at the same pace. Chibis simply have to ninja run to match the speed of a regular skykid.

I always pop a tiny spell when approaching the constant rock fall area. I find I fall down more with my natural height than as a Chibi. Most likely placebo, but I don't use them and my inventory is loaded with them.

Yeah, watch out for the death loop though. It's happened to me more frequently in groups than alone

you run out of light and the screen goes white. Then you reappear at a particular save point in the storm lock area. If it show what it normally does, your blue light floating then falling, you have escaped it
It just means you have to walk around for a couple more seconds before you become blue light

Dunno if many people know this, but when you're past the point of return after Eden (stormlock), spamcall. I use the whale call and for some reason it lowers the chance to be knocked down drastically, plus you stop hobbling and kind of run. It's probably a bug.

But yes, jumping is generally discouraged. One good tip against continuous rock rain though, is to partially deep call as you go. Deep calling forces your skykid to hunch over thereby preventing them from being knocked out when they lose wl.

i've seen some suggestions that you duck down a bit while deep calling, which means you're less likely to get hit by the red rocks, but you're also standing still during that time; even if the wave stops some of the rocks from hitting you, you're standing still a bit too long for my liking

the main thing is that if you get hit while you're jumping, you'll be knocked onto your back -- that's why jumping during rock rains is quite risky
you can still get knocked down even while walking, but it happens much less often

Someone said something a credit star you get on rebirth. I paid attention during my second rebirth and did not see anything. Where can I find it?

If you walk (not run) through the rebirth portal, you should hear the whoosh of a winged light being collected, at which point you can skip the credits

@cosmic nymph blue light happens right after you die in stormlock. Rebirth happens after you collect ascended candles and go through a very bright portal, that’s when credit scene appears. Don’t skip it until “thank you for playing” appears and you’ll get your extra winged light

Yes, you are meant to die and be reborn. The only thing you will lose is winged lights, but those can be collected from the realms again. All of the spirits you've unlocked and stuff you've purchased will be kept safe

watch some videos on YouTube for ideas... watch many to see what people do and don't do
that light near the door is death trap if you don't have the speed
whenever in doubt, leave that wl... you'll be able to get it in a few weeks of playing
and i wouldn't recommend going back from the tunnel to get it
it IS possible for sure, but you might get blown off.... if you ever want to try, definitely walk very slow and try not to allow wind to push you down the hill

Hey, ive never been in this, and I’m quite scared cuz i dont have my cape fully leveled up n I’m not that good at flying, i dont know how to deal with the monsters like the things from the golden wastelands and the crab looking things, any tips for me? heya candy, flying in eden probably isn't a good idea on your first time through since it's possible to walk pretty much the entire way -- in general, it's a good idea to move in groups or with a friend so you can help recharge each other
with the dark dragons/krills, what you're meant to do if they see you is to hide and cut their line of sight -- they need to stare at you for about 5-6 seconds before they actually charge, so you actually have a fair window to hide behind something before they'll attack

I dont have many friends since i joined about a week ago now so I’m kinda chilling through aha, I’m still abit of a noob and i dont know what to expect, I have a few friends but they’re either rarely active or new like i was, do the krills go away from light or something? Cuz its hard to guide spirits when being attacked by so many

krills tend to move in a set pattern, so you can stand back and watch how they move for a little while and where their spotlight goes -- you'll want to be careful if it spots someone though, because that can interrupt their movement pattern for a little bit until it goes back onto its original patrol route
you'll almost always find other players running eden at the same time as you, just try to pay attention to what they're doing: some people like to run ahead on their own, but others will try to stick together in groups; you can take out your red candle to try to light them up, and they might do the same and stick with you

Its weird cuz when i was guiding the spirit and holding a candle out, sometimes they’d spot me go to attack me and curl up or run away, and sometimes they’d just attack

a lot of older players actually really like newbie players in this game, so it's very likely that if someone notices you're new, they'll stick around and try to help you

ah, the crabs -- yeah, they're a little bit of a different story, those guys are just aggressive
they won't do nearly as much damage as a krill charge does, but they really like to knock you around

but yeah, if you're going into eden for the first time, i might recommend taking off your cosmetics for a bit just so it's easier for people to tell it's your first time; the brown cape in particular really signals to people that you're probably new
you could also ask for help in #looking-for-group-live if you want someone to help you through an area, but i'm not entirely sure i'd recommend it on your first eden run -- they might make it a bit too easy and take away from the experience

they're also used to unlock higher tiers of friendship trees with your friends, you'll be needing them to unlock things like warp or piggyback in the long run

one thing you could do to quickly regain winged lights is to ask in #looking-for-group-live for a "winged light uber" -- some players like to go around in groups to collect candles or winged lights while other people are holding onto their hands, so that takes a fair amount of the work off of you (you'd still need to tap the winged light as you're close though to collect it)
