when I was in that final area before the main cutscene I didn't realize you were actually depositing some of your winged light to the sky kids, so much of that entire situation had me freaking out wondering how I was losing light when I was shielded behind the stone

i remember a person offering to show me a way to fly in eden

and they got me krilled by the very first krill didn't in front of the pipe you exit through to the first krill

the person didn't have the slightest clue what they were doing in terms of the area where the krill can see and the timing they should move... when we got spotted i tried to do the emote, but that person left the game (minimized it) and got me krilled consequently

them later they didn't even apologize properly, but i wasn't mad because of lost 2 stars, but because they offered to teach me something and it became obvious they have no clue what they are doing

when they continued to run with me, i accepted to be lead by them even still just to see how bad they are.. that person was the worst "uber" da ever seen

trying to squeeze me in impossibly small hiding places that NOBODY uses, and I'm a size 1 player!!!

I kept telling this person I am sticking out all the time, and that she can't uber a tall player like she's running all alone, and she got me sticking out of every place, and krill touched me even and i lost flame

the places she was using to hide were so ineffective and unorthodox, that ever since then I've never seen any other player try and use those 😂😂😂

the amount of death loops you experience isn’t linked with how many people you are with - if a friend is with you you’ll turn into a blue light and follow them around until they die. the death loops are a bug, and restarting once will usually solve it (though you may get separated from friends)

if you experience a death loop after the recent update, please report it as a bug they have implemented a fix for it but if that isn’t working the devs would love to know

if you are with friends I’d say it’s best to keep dying until all of you reach the room with the light child

you can keep chatting with each other even when someone is in that room - but wait with accepting their hand until the others have also reaches that state

i would go in with absolutely no expectations or worrying on what happens next, the entire experience is beautifully made and is just amazing eden can be really tricky! there s lots of obstacles to reach the end and even then it s still a bit challenging, but if you push through it ll be all worth it if you need help though, feel free to ask in here or ask someone in #looking-for-group-live to take you
also a technical tip - once you reach the starry blue place, go to the constellation table and buy some wing buffs or the lock icons from the spirits, they ll give you more wing power!

if you only finished the rebirth process (i.e. crash landed back at home) after the reset, then what i think the game does is it brings your progress from the previous week to this cycle as well

i.e. you start the week with less than 63 statues

i could be wrong, or it might've been a random glitch in my case, but i normally don't recommend starting any eden runs within 30 minutes of an eden reset

it's basically the game treating this week as a continuation of your previous week's progress, rather than giving you a fresh slate, but if you actually get 63 statues again, please let us know -- i don't think we've got a lot of test cases for this situation

I had a particularly awful lobby this morning

One dude kept aggroing krill and baiting them on other players (myself included)

I got stuck in a death loop waiting on that same person to finish his soul run because he was extremely protective of his light and would only give one soul at a time before scurrying back to a lamp
