FWIW a friend and I helped a newish person through Eden. We held hands mostly through the krill sections, and when it came to lighting up stone babies we didn't. But as the two more experienced players, we went around and lit the mother lights up for the new person and that made it a lot easier for him. He could get extinguished accidentally and didn't have to retrace his steps back to an old mother light and it made it a lot easier for him with less mad dashing back and forth to relight himself. So he got more babies lit. If that makes sense.

Personally I don't see much point of relighting because after like one barrage your lights goes out anyway...

I get pretty close to all the babies (and occasionally every baby) lit now with each eden pass, because you ultimately lose winged lights more easily if you are extinguished. Basically I conserve as many winged lights as possible before the endless rain section.

It’s best to memorise the statues or just go by the general pattern of the children. Whenever I go through the endless rain, I never jump and constantly spam honk while I’m walking to get up immediately when I’m knocked down.

Hello- I am new to Sky and wanted to ask/learn about wing buffs. How to get them and what exactly they do?
I recently collected 40ish wings of light and then ventured into Eden without knowing what I was getting myself in to. After wards I was back to 1 star on my cape and felt very deflated. Is there a way of going through Eden and coming out with my 6 cape stars I am currently back up to? Think i have collected 50 winged lights this time round ✨

With every Eden run, and rebirth it will set your wing power back. Wing buffs, which you get from the spirits makes it so that on your next rebirth you start of a little stronger. To get back up to your current 6 stars (or close to) you’ll have to get every wing buffs the spirits offer @onyx pier

...okay, so I keep getting lost under all the pipes at the first big krill hill b/c I fall off the walkways and/or can’t fly over to skip the stairs. Are there any pipes that safely tunnel thru the middle part? tho I might not have the coordination to fly into them anyway— or is there a third way to get up to the final wraparound catwalk from back there?

Most of the time I walk up the pipes/stairs and cross the beam, there is a ledge that is a krill blindspot and I hide under there until the krill passes before going to the dome's wrap around
Instead of going right, I go left till I reach the edge. That is also a solid safe zone. It's easy to fly off that ledge to the pipes that lead inside the dome @balmy hearth

I did my first Eden run today, and it seemed a lot more intense than people made it sound! I only got krilled once though. 😊 Don’t rush the last area with the rocks, plan your moves and light statues in between waves of rocks. I managed to light just about everything before going into the continuous rocks.

you will still lose stars (idk how fast) but you’ll still be moving as it happens

Go to Valley, then go to the golden spinny thingies place, then enter the building that starts the flying race, but do not enter the race. The first window on the left can be table glitched through. Table glitch through it then you should see a flying manta in the distance, I suggest taking a friend bc it’s very far away, place tables and land on them to recharge w friend and continue to do this until you have reached the manta

Hi! My friend and I are in need of some advice
we finished Eden together, went through the storm, but got separated at the last minute, not sure how but we think the game glitched. I had to die twice (even though I had no wings the second time) and my friend's game froze

Really stinks to make it that far and then be alone, especially since I was finishing a constellation and we were celebrating and they came just to be with me

There is a door beyond where you can’t go back home without everything closed down. If I go beyond that do I get reborn with ? I just don’t want to go again and end up starting the game from the start with nothing.
Also, what do I have to do to light them. If I just get close is that enough?

You will lose your winged light, but you'll probably start with a bit more than nothing.
Also, the second time you try to go forward, it does not warn you that there's no turning back.

At the end of the normal part of Eden, you will find nine winged light in the same hallway. Just past the last one, the game should warn you that it is the point of no return. If you enter the area beyond that, you can't go back. The door is closer than it looks, so just don't go past the last winged light.

There’s no other way, I’m afraid. You do however gain ascended candles to get wing buffs from spirits, those can give you extra winged lights to give you a head start on your journey to collect your winged lights again.

Once you’re reborn, you’ll be sent back home.
You’ll keep the majority of your progress back, like cosmetics, candles, hearts, friends and levels.

Use your ascended candles and buy wing buffs from spirits! Each regular spirit (not seasonal) have at least one wing buff each (cry emote and wave emote has two). The wing buffs makes your wings stronger, which means you get extra permanent stars (you collect in orbit before reborn). The wing buff node also allow you access to new cosmetics, blessings and emote upgrades.
There is also much more to do in Sky. It varies from player to player. Some like to explore oob (out of bounds), others fancy a chat with new and/or old friends, and some makes it a challenge to collect all cosmetics/emote upgrades. It’s all up to you what you want to spend your time in Sky

I believe I passed on was in eden with a friend we got stuck thankfully she was able to exit but as for me my screen glitched/froze and there was so much flashes of red and wing breaks next thing I knew I was in a place with all the spirits.
