Eden is an instance that ends after you exit orbit

If Eden resets while you have entered the statue area it will let you finish and then you could enter eden again immediately and go again, technically.

You need to collect some wings to enter eden after all.

On Eden you can give your winged light to statues and get ascended candles in return. You can use those candles to buy wing buffs from spirits and max your cape!

And repeat. And realise once you’ve done eden the game makes sense

Eden resets weekly tho every week you can get 15.75 candles max

Because you can only give light to a statue once a week (until reset when it comes back)

Anybody know what these lights in orbit are? There are 4 or 5 of them. They have that solar flare effect like stars or spirits and they move relative to the sky like they’re in the foreground. But they’re high enough that I didn’t reach them from the chat bench (or I’m bad enough at flying ). Thanks!

Is it easier or harder to make it from the beginning all the way to the star tunnel as a chibi?

I’ve only done it as my regular size, but my Skykid is tall enough that even when I’m hiding behind steps and things, rocks still hit the top of my head and all my light goes poof.

But the chibi legs are so short, it seems like making it up the final steps past the krill would be more difficult.

Go in with 100+ lights because it’ll increase your chances of just being able to run around without losing light. The map is helpful, but it’s definitely hard to see. You can still get a rough path though

@river spear When Eden resets, the statues you give winged light to in the last area reset. For every statue you save, you get 1/4 of an ascended candle, so you can only get a max of 15.75 ascended candles a week for saving 63 statues.

Don’t move while the krill is going to your left because immediately after that he turns to the right and you’ll get spotted that way

When he turns right you have enough time

There is a Little Rock wall on the left side with a lantern that you can chill at for like 0.2 seconds to avoid flying rocks

The krill would be turning left at this point so if you do get seen, it’s not a big deal because you’re already almost into the tunnel you can literally just run inside. You can head back outside for the lights when he’s passed the tunnel

you know how after passing eden you collected those orange candles with the four pointed star on them?

each statue u run by and slap with a winged light in eden gives you the equivalent of wax in those candles

and u use those candles to unlock spirit trees

i think the symbol is a lock with wings?

each one u buy gives u an extra "wing" when ur reborn

so u can slowly work ur way up to getting ten stars ^^

that may help you a fair bit actually, once you're used to handling krills and know how to hide from them, I think I'd have a go at eden

on the other hand, you can ask some one to take you through, but if you wanna conquer it yourself, heck yeah

Even though I'm very familiar with wasteland krill, the final Eden krill is always a huge obstacle

It figure 8s around the path, so its travel pattern is easy to read, but it doesn't give you much time or much cover to pass it, and that's not even mentioning the rocks and wind

The first krill area you encounter in eden is much easier get through

Though it demands some good grasp of the controls so you don't blind yourself in cover or slip off the scaffolding

Remember that the jumping controls tend to autocorrect your trajectory, so try not to overcorrect and miss the platforms you were set to land on

The final krill travels right to left, then left to right. The time it takes to turn around on the left side is much shorter then on the right hand side. The best time to go is to go right after it has passed traveling from left to right, and with some luck and patience you can get the rockfall timing to stop falling right as the krill passes over, so you can just mad dash to the entrance of the tunnel. I've been using that tactic a while, worst case scenario the krill sees you near the end, but you can just run into the tunnel to avoid it. You also have time to grab the winged light, you just gotta be smart about it
