When the rocks hit you you fall down, you can try moving and your character should get up. To avoid falling down you have to hide behind rocks

Technically speaking, the only gating is Ascended Candles and heart items: anyone can buy enough regular candles to unlock everything else in the constellation trees if they really want to, but most players probably will choose to simply grind enough of them out over time.

Tomorrow I ascend my final spirit, but I'm a long ways off from finishing all the elders, still. Mostly because I keep gifting hearts to people instead of using the candles for constellation unlocks. I figure the constellations aren't going anywhere, whereas friends who give hearts could stop playing or gifting me at any point...

I noticed @charred river is almost done with elders. I wish I could progress that fast, because I'm super curious about end-game.

I get the feeling, though, that TGC won't give us true end-game for quite some time.

I’m not at the point of knowing what number which statue is. My first run was a “do it in one go” dash. The second was going to be but i got to the end and wasn’t dying so ported home and back in. Got the minute free running around without the rocks hurting me before they pummelled me and I finally died

My last eden run went fine until I reached the last krill and it noticed me on and off and it almost completely charged (I was stuck in the wind and legit couldn’t hide) and I thought I was safe bc I reached the tunnel but apparently the krill charge stacks up even if it has been looking for you for a long time and at the last second it noticed me and it made me lose way more lights than usual for some reason

@mint lily The first few parts of the level are pretty straightforward—keep going, don’t get hit by things that can hurt you. The room with the raining boulders is where you “restore the light of the fallen.” You give light to as many of the statues as you can. You then go through the Ascent, and you’re given ascended candles based on a ratio of how many statues you gave light to. You can use ascended candles to unlock wing buffs or more interactions in a friend’s constellation.

You also get to play and hear and see the most beautiful sequences in the game. ^^

Nope, that’s what’s meant to happen

You save the statues of the children by giving them your winged light, get ascended candles after you die, and use those to upgrade your spirits and get permanent extra wing upgrades

Oh and also

and the game's only been out a month or so.....

oh the glitch to stop the rock rain, yeah it's really powerful

I know a diabolical way of fixing it

ok... sure the rock rain stops... but when you come back from home, you start from the beginning of eden

so you still have to go to the point the rock rain stops through rock rain

another problem is also the glitch causes red rock not to work

from 2 very well-planned runs if done without the glitch to just enter with 7-8 wedges and you'll have extra stars by the time you run out of statues

You glitching eden doesn’t have anything to do with the speed of unlocking wing buffs though

You just made it easier

I don’t glitch and I got all 39 wing buffs 2 weeks ago
