Theres at least 10-12+ spirits with 1 candle cost wing upgrades, so your first week of doing eden can net you an extra 15 wing power if you get them all

It's the cognitive dissonance for me that's the issue, even though wax is probably the best term from a player perspective: wax is the reserve that feeds and yields a candle's flame, the exact opposite of the fire from the flame, from a process standpoint, plus the sparks from the flame are closest to how the currency appears in the game. But mentally, the prime facet of that currency is its crafting candles, and in that process it is definitely wax. 🤪

since there’s only a limited number of statues you can light up (64)

@sand swallow for the first section, take it slow. there are shrines there for you to rest and recharge. there are breaks between the rock rain too. for the second part, with absolutely no cover, just run. don’t jump. as dune mentioned before, i think long call is helpful to get yourself back up faster

Always light the flame holding statues first.

If your light goes out, go back immediately to your last lit statue.

Start moving as the latest red wave starts dying down because by the time you're actually out of cover it will hopefully end, maximizing your actual transit time.

Force the camera up when you can in cover if that helps you plot your next move and/or spot unlit Fallen.

Once you hit the death-march field, just concentrate on hopping. I could swear there's a rythm to it sometimes, but other times not.

@stray nexus you don't have to recollect anything! Gold spirits means you've already upgraded their spirit shops with ascended candles. There's no other way to collect wing buffs. You can only collect them through the spirit shops, with ascended candles

I thibk by golen spirits they means stars, so yeah you go back to recollect the same amount of stars, to gain MORE wing power, after you go through eden you spend ascended candles to ascend spirits, each ascension equals one star or child of the light

I used the map in beta a few days ago and it did help me slightly. It is possible to recharge and stay relatively safe by some of the early shrines, in order to navigate better where to go next.

But today when I went in here in Live, I did get lost again. I think it's the same place for me every time and it's probably that I get a little stressed by all the noise and rain.

So, if you're better at keeping your head cool and looking around, you should do fairly well.

@lean robin so after you come back from Home, you need 26-28 Wing Light to finish the rest

thus, its definitely possible to get all 63 statues in one single run of Eden

lets say you lose around 10 completing Zone 1, you could perhaps Lose 20 in Zone 2

-teleport back and it will be safe

anyhow, i was saying that you need 93-95~~~ Wing Light to do it in a single run

heavy average/approximation on the three ~~~ as it depends on how many you lose to the storm

I had around 76-ish going into the final area I think I got all of the statues, but I'll see ^^

i got that number by estimating you would lose 30 Wing Light

if you can lose less to the storm, then you can do it with a lower amount of Wing Light

I recall Winn said something about how jumping and running is worse than running in general?

(you get hit less from the storm)

because there have been timed when i’m just stuck on the ground, can’t get up without being knocked down again

i think eden is meant to be difficult, so maybe they could do something harder in the front part and make the rock rain easier

because right now the front part is really easy, there’s only one route and if you’re experienced you can’t go wrong
