Each time you log in to Sky, your “main” Friends constellation will refresh with (if available) new friends you’ve made that haven’t been added to a Friend Constellation.

out of curiosity, what do you have up there? i had the same problem, i had my picnic table up there, and i kept fighting the cloud and going back and forth between edit and preview modes, using it to sit and then stand and hopefully pick up the table and eventually got it out. it's a pain but maybe you can try that if you got props that you can interact with like that

If you are trying to access their trees in the constellation, then you only need to relive them and then sit at the corresponding temple for their realm.
But if you mean the spirits walking around Aviary, you just need to complete the 3rd Revival quest for them to show up.

No, only the shard activity should determine how many AC you get. But sometimes the shard is not synchronized between pc and other devices, which leads to plants not burning or burning without someone near it. And the fragments in the activity are placed different too, so you‘d get less AC than you should
