Purple Light: located in the Vault Archives. The Archives are on the ground floor of Vault of Knowledge. When you enter the portal, go forward a little bit then up and to the right. You will need one other person to open the two-person door to the Archives. You will also need to have collected at least 1 Vault spirit to pass through the star gate. The light is in the open area with the platforms once you go through the gate. You may have to wait for the light to pass back into a place where you can see it. It is NOT in the maze (the entrance to the maze is in the upper left of the space).

Firstly consider that the rotations of candle cakes happen according to dates.
Next info is that the dates “1st” and “31st” have the same candle cakes rotation that is Daylight Prairie Rotation 1. When you end a month at 31st and the next day is the 1st, the rotation stays the same for those two dates.
It’s been like this since the very beginning.

Green Light: located in the Birds Nest area of Daylight Prairie. The Birds Nest is the area to the right of the Butterfly Fields (the first area of Prairie with the large spherical rock structure) behind a constellation gate (the area with the floating islands). You may need to wait a few minutes for the manta the light is on to drop the light and/or get into range so you can fly to the light
