No, unlocking the spirit will just give you the option to upgrade to play fight in the friend tree. Just like how you’ll keep the seasonal emotes after the season ends, as long as you got the play fight spirit you’ll be able to unlock it with friends after the season ends

Seasonal Light Locations:

Red Light: one location in Forgotten Ark (head past the ark itself and it's in the area with green rectangle-like things on the ground) and another in the Shipwreck area of Golden Wasteland (both locations are active for the quest, so you can just collect from one location)

Blue Light: located in the ice rink of Valley of Triumph (light can go under the rink itself, so just wait until it comes back up)

Cyan Light: located at the very end of Isle of Dawn (easiest way to find this is to go to Daylight Prairie then head backwards toward Isle from where you spawn after heading through the Prairie portal. The light is in the clouds)

Green Light: located in the Birds Nest area of Daylight Prairie. The Birds Nest is the area to the right of the Butterfly Fields (the first area of Prairie with the large spherical rock structure) behind a constellation gate (the area with the floating islands). You may need to wait a few minutes for the manta the light is on to drop the light and/or get into range so you can fly to the light

to be updated when more lights come out

If you are having trouble seeing the green light (as in you've tried more than once) go back to the ark and double check that the quest accepted correctly! Then return to birds nest (don't teleport) and you should be able to see it.

Green light is at the bird nest area. It's hidden in the clouds and you have to wait for it to fall down. Once it falls it lands on a little island to the side, it has flowers on it and it's next to the main island

Blue Light: located in the ice rink of Valley of Triumph (light can go under the rink itself, so just wait until it comes back up)
