I don’t think there is a cutscene. For my experience, if you just follow the water on the left side, you should find it. You need to collect all the other seasonal spirits to enter it, though

But it doesnt change your default height, so you can use a resize potion and get super tall (or super small!) and still be able to use the chibi mask to become chibi

Note that the potion gives you a random height! Use with caution haha

2. flying back to the ice rink, waiting there, coming back
3. flying to the race area, triggering the race, waiting till the end of the cutscene, coming back
4. sitting at the spot where meditation circle is supposed to be and waiting
5. reseting the level and trying again
