the area with the big grassy rock dome

all you need to do is fly close to it for the quest to count

it may be hard to see since the level is so bright, but it's a sunny yellow like the Children of Light (Stars)

you can get the resize potion from any spirit, but it has to be one of the more expensive spells (costing 5 candles).

you may not get it though, it’s randomised along with the chibi spell and chat table spell
