originally the first poster said 5 mins but the game resets at 5 mins and 4 mins

around the 3 min mark it seems to still keep you in game though so it feels that's the sweet spot to try this out

the goal is to be inside the cave when the server does an update to the area while you're in there and that makes the spirit show up for you
