oh no this is the Wind Paths! (now that you mention it, they kinda look alike from far away)
If you go to the forest social area (when you enter forest) and then instead of jumping down, fly straight up towards the right and there will be a lil island in the clouds to enter the Wind Paths
(there's also an entrance in Aviary, left behind the portals, but maybe you haven't unlocked that yet hehe)

i seem to have triggered an odd but pretty glitch where practicing with mellow musician in harmony hall invites an invisible glockenspiel to play along with the two of you

retracing my steps, i entered harmony hall from aviary, did the daily music challenge, stopped and messed around with the glockenspiel a bit (i suspect this is the first thing that could have triggered it), entered a shared space where i played around with a handpan as normal, left the shared space and went to play runaway with performance guide and frantic stagehand (in which a glockenspiel is played by one of the spirits, the second thing i suspect might have triggered it), then started practicing with mellow musician, where i noticed the abnormality

if you spend dye, it will visually apply the colors, but won't subtract your dye count

when you check it in the closet, it will show the hair as 'never dyed before'
if you click it again, the hair goes back to normal

i don't think the moth hair is supposed to be dyeable (or at least, just yet), but they didn't remove leftover code & it slipped into live

When it comes to target practice wax, I'd say that you completely drain it when you've reached between 82 and 84 target hits while the amount ... dunno, could be between 500-700.
