Whether you're making your first Sky creation or have been sharing content for years, Creator Space is here to help inspire ideas, celebrate creativity, and connect you with other creators in the community.

Join Creator Space for opportunities to be featured, earn rewards, access creative resources, and even unlock insider and beta opportunities!

From time to time, we’ll share Creator Space prompts and challenges designed to spark ideas and help creators discover fun moments to capture in Sky ✨ Some prompts may include community giveaways or in-game rewards, but the goal of Creator Space is to celebrate creativity in Sky.

To participate:
🌟 Watch for prompts posted in #creator-announcements or on the official Creator Space Instagram
🎥 Create content inspired by the prompt (we love seeing all kinds of creations, from videos and photos to art!)
📱 Share your content on your social platforms with the associated hashtags

Participation is always optional - join whenever inspiration strikes!

  • Be kind and supportive of other creators
  • Only share original content you created yourself
  • Keep content family-friendly and appropriate for all ages
  • Follow thatgamecompany's Creator Space Program Guidelines, Terms of Service and Code of Conduct as well as the Sky Discord rules and Terms of Service
  • Similar to Sky official Discord's and Sky Creator Awards guidelines, generative AI usage should be avoided in Creator Space content. If TGC determines that content was created using generative AI, then the content is disqualified from Creator Space perks. TGC's determination is final.

What is the Sky Creator Space?
Creator Space is a global community program for Sky: Children of the Light players who love creating content about the game! Members can participate in creative prompts, connect with fellow creators, access resources to support their content creation journey, and have opportunities to be featured on official Sky channels and earn rewards!

Who can join Creator Space?
Anyone who plays Sky and enjoys creating content is welcome to join and participate!

How do I become a Creator Space member?
There's no application process. You can participate by joining the Creator Space Discord.
Throughout the year, Creator Space will share creative prompts to inspire players. At select times, prompts will offer a chance to earn rewards when participants create content inspired by the prompt and share it on a public social media account using the associated hashtags – this ensures your post can be seen by TGC staff.

What platforms should I post on?
You can share your creations on any social media platform you prefer. However, to be eligible for rewards when offered, content must be posted on a public page on one of the following platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, Facebook and X

Are there rewards for participating?
Creator Space does not guarantee rewards, but participants may have opportunities to earn or win Sky rewards.

Is there a community for Creator Space members?
Yes! Join the Creator Space Discord to connect with fellow creators, be the first to see new prompts, share your creations, get inspired by other creators, and take part in events and discussions!

I’m new to creating content. Can I still participate?
Absolutely! Creator Space welcomes creators of all experience levels, from first-time creators to seasoned storytellers. TGC is committed to supporting aspiring creators and celebrating the creativity of the Sky community!

Do I have to post regularly?
No, you can participate whenever inspiration strikes! While we love seeing your amazing creations, joining prompts and challenges is completely optional.

Who can I contact for additional questions?
If you have questions about Creator Space, you can reach out through the Creator Questions and Help Channel.

How is this different from being a Sky Creator Troupe member?
Sky Creator Troupe is an exclusive, invite-only program for creators who regularly share content on social media. TGC regularly reviews applications and invites new members throughout the year.

Do I have to post exclusively Sky content?
Not at all! Creators are welcome to share content from other games on their channel as well.

Do I have to sign any contracts?
No, there are no contracts to be a part of Creator Space.

Is Creator Space available in my region?
Creator Space is open to players all around the world! While currently available in English, we hope to support more languages and regions as the program continues to grow.
