Given that there has been mention of a plan to rewrite a lot of the Neuro integration/control code, I wanted to suggest a few things that would allow Neuro deeper control of the stream- specifically, ability to start a given segment whenever she wants- i.e. start playing wordle, plague inc, art review, etc. Maybe even the ability to sing any of her previous songs whenever she wants! There would obviously be a cooldown so she can’t just, yk, spam swap between stuff, but yeah.

The biggest issue here is that all these things require a good sense of "time".
I'm sure vedal could jerryrig like a "director" that spams her with "hey it's time for art review!!" or something at the right times, but it's not an easy problem to give your LLM AI a mid or long term sense of time

I mean you could give like “you are x% of the way through the stream” and for each scene/activity it could have its respective estimated minimum percentage of stream it would take up and maximum if applicable

I guess you could design an internal system, a la "powerups" where throughout the stream she unlocks new "powerups" that she can only do once per stream

Unfortunately, while I think it'd be a cool addition, and I'm not against the idea, it can be easily foreseen that it'll be abused occasionally by chat.

There could be a special flex period/segment on random chill streams where at the start of that she can just choose what to do for that segment and be locked into it. In the end its all the same segments for chill streams anyway. I doubt chat will have that much control over it as long it isn’t explicitly announced when the flex segment will be since Neuro would have to immediately choose and even if they did i doubt they’d choose any really bad ones. It’ll be like a wild card but for stream segments lol
Also, I think it would be cool if Neuro could choose raid targets since there’s already a random whitelisted raid list at the end of chill streams as long as Vedal implements a system that tracks whether someone has already been raided in the past month or so which invalidates them from being a raid target unless they’re like the only target streaming at the time or something. Tbh there should already be a system like that imo and I doubt it would be that hard to implement but oh well. Vedal doesn’t like picking the low hanging fruits.
Ultimately, I’d rather have Neuro have more abilities and be able to have more freedom to choose than be afraid of the big scary chat monster. Limiting Neuro’s capabilities cuz of chat seems kinda backwards and cringe to me and if it really becomes an issue then just moderate them better.
