Basically, a seperate redeem if you want Neuro and/or Evil to draw what you put in your priority message, would be more expensive than a regular priority message.

If you ask them to draw something in a regular priority message, they would just not be able to.

they should be able to draw whenever they want, it should not be prompted by chat, just start moderating people begging for drawings now that people have had a week to play with the new toy

I also don't see how this could be realistically implemented? I don't think their usage can be restricted like that? at least it's never been done, I guess it could be like the frog hat and cat ears but that would require disabling it unless the points were spent

disable the ability while the priority message is up, so it can't be parsed into a drawing request. re-enable once it goes away.

disabling it for even longer just makes it more limiting

surely it's not that important if vedal is fine with having a bunch of segments where highlights don't show up
