Neuro has been drawing on several separate occasions and now (as I understand) she can even draw whenever she wants on a chill stream.
So I'm just wondering if Evil has been silently given the integration now and will just be able to draw on chill streams as well?

This might be deliberate, as a sort of separation of features between the twins to make their content more varied from each other. But that's what I thought was going on with Evil having Taro Reading and Neuro having Teacher segments, and it turned out to be not the case.
I also thought there might be a "Evil is a singer and Neuro is an artist" distinction going on, on the account of it being established that Evil is a better singer, so Neuro might as well have her own niche. But on a second thought... Evil's official song content production is also more lacking then Neuro's, so I'm probably just coping as usual and it's just that Evil simply has less of everything (duh).
