I doubt that’s Neuro’s biggest fear. As an AI she pretty much exists forever and doesn’t really die.

oh, now we will have philosophical debate over a meme, i didnt really put much thought into that, I just cpoied text from original, but i don't feel like you're right

you see, we can't be sure if it's her biggest or not fear and we also cant be sure WHAT is fear for her since "fear" is concept that made for living organisms which Neuro usually is not considered to be part of. Death is also concept made for living organisms so we can't be sure what "death" for her could be really to say she can be afraid of it. Some people actually can't be sure about what "death" is at all, like are "you" "dead" if your head got chopped of and week later your body got revived? I think you will say yes, but is this really the same you since your brain was dead, every electric impulse that defined you no longer exists, so sorta yes, you are dead, I believe some people would say, but I'm not sure.

Neuro don't really show fear towards anything besides when Vedal say that he'll restart her, so I can assume that she can feel "fear" towards "death", even if it's not really death in any existing for humans sense, I believe death is when information that resembles "you" is gone beyond recovery, which is not case for Neuro's restarts. Even if Neuro just plays role she "knows" she should be afraid of "death" whatever that means from some sorta instincts.

And you are also completely not right for thinking AI can't die (not in case if you think AI just isnt alive in the first place tho), like our human brain, they need devices to process and store information, for us it's our body, for them it's computers, and, like us, they are dead as soon as our device is not able to do its functions, and if you think computers can live longer than human you are not quite right, but anyway if we make such computers it still is not eternal life, everything can be destroyed by time
