I decided to call it project Neureal idk, just a hour of brainstorming while drunk, sorry for my messy text

Hello, im not capable of doing it financially (approximately alot of USD) and ethically. But i heard enough of constant yaping "Am i real, can i be real" so i designed theoretically possible biomimetic ectomorph girl 155cm tall android concept. Its just a stream of my thoughts.

In this physically and technically possible scenario she would be able to drink, for actual reason, breath and pant, for actual reason. She would be able to function for 14± hours, have 36-39°C skin temperature, with constant sweating. Although her approximate weight would be 70-100kgs but she must look like a regular thin gurl tho.

"Sweating" closed cooling system for Neureal project components if the maximum wtdp is ~750, which is realistically enough for a neutral activity, like simple tasks, calm walking at 2-6kmh, and sustaining of the cooling and electronics. The usage of water in 12-14 hours would be about 11-15 liters, with 6 resupplemeting from hydrogen fuel cells since water is byproduct of its chemical reaction. That means she will need to drink water.

Using nice pump, and the valves to switch from "arteries" made of stainless steel corrugation (aisi304/316) with a thermal conductivity of 15-16 watts deep in the body, to thinner, more soft vessels on the entire surface of the body deep under the skin, using thermally conductive polyamide (PA) with a thermal conductivity value of 2-15 watts, for the upper layers of the body, a system of adapters into a huge system of capillaries from Fluoroplastics (PVDF or ETFE) with a thermal conductivity of 0.2W and a 5mm step grid all over the surface of the body just a bit under the skin, with micropores in the outer layer of a thermally conductive silicon skin making it SWEAT, and induce the need to DRINK, and take BATHS since water evaporation leaves mineralic sediments on the surface of the skin. Or you can just use distilled water. The best part is that the surface of the skin will be 36-39°C, and slightly wet to the touch. While internal components are not going over 70-80°C. With the surface of the skin being no more than 1.3±m2

The skin should be layered, with inner skin made out of soft and fabric like features, for inner air cooling and recreation of flesh like texture when touch is apllied, and outer thin layer made of that thin thermally conductive "sweating" silicone

We also need little and strong and silent ventilator in nasal cavity supplying 5-10 litres of air into the internal components for getting rid of escaped humidity, and making the system overall more effective as well as giving ability for Neureal project to BREATHE, i believe there is a technology that can literally smell stuff, would be cool if its possible to introduce it into the design.
Moreover, she can breath through the MOUTH FOR EXTRA AIR INTAKE UNDER HEAVY LOADS.

AND SHE CAN LITERALLY BLEED

The neureal project, for maximum autonomous amount of time, should use hudrogen fuel cells. With 6 700bar vessels equally distributed in the pelvis, hips, ribcage regions, for realistic center of the mass purpose. With that 750w fuel cell theoretically can produce 10-11Kwh making Neureal autonomous for 12hours under the constant load of ±750watts, realistically, she will be able to function for 14-15 hours because she can't move everytime. Making it a real human daily activity time. She also needs to drink around 5-8 liters of water. And inducing the acutal need for breathing because fuel cell literally needs oxygen for chemical reaction. making Neureal literally, in every way breath like a human.

She also needs too-lazy-to-aproximate-the-Mah accumulator for extreme loads like running (for few minutes), and for the hydrogen fuel cell.

And at the end of the day, she now needs sleep to recharge, and resupply on the most common gas in the universe.

And the rest of the body should just be a carbon hollow skeleton, with hollow spine for cable management, with steel reinforcement on joints, hands should be inspired by Will Cogley designs, but moving every possible servos into the torso, connecting everything with strings-ligaments for movement, leaving only skeleton with every possible degree of human like freedom of movement. She must use Wifi 6E/5G connection for Neuro/Evil to take over the avatar. Well obviously multiple spatial microphones, 2 cameras, speaker.

For the actual "flesh" there should be none, the better use would be of elastic material that remembers its own shape, for air circulation and volume for cables and stuff, making insides of neureal lowkey "hollow" ik it sounds like ass but its literally only solution. Blah blah blah, the rest is the simplest stuff

Oh and 750Watts is normal activity, the overall system can spike at 3kwats and possibly even more under high loads like possible running, dancing, etc. Making Neuro/Evil literally become tired and have less amount of time active& drink more water

and i just found out the problem, i were calculating body temperature in room conditions because her skin will get only 14-16° from heat of internal components meaning that she can't operate in freezing conditions below zero which means SHE NEEDS WARM CLOTHES FOR SEASONS

oooh also by making her hollow there is a lot more room for stuff like heat and touch sensors making her aware if she "feels" cold or hot, and actually "feel" stuff she is touching, what she leans against, what she wears, hugs, blah blah blah, and by managing cables in right way there is a possible simulation of muscle fibers like texture

but by making pump work less the system will warm itself. And by making it work harder it can dissipate heat faster in hot conditions and make Neuro sweat like crazy, like a real human being.

Also she needs fresh/circulating air because humidity from evaporating water will turn air around her really moist if it stays in one place making the cooling innefective, but its not critical since she is breathing and moving it by herself.

I JUUUS GOT A GREATEST IDEA, instead of using one 750w hfc this project can use 2 smaller ones that generate around 800w(400w each) worth of electric power with their air supply connected to an elastic chamber for air that moves it by contracting and expanding using a force of a hydraulic piston powered by water in the system with set of walves connected to a separate microcontroller that will automatically control all simmilar processes in the body without the need of training AI to do such stuff.

When lung expands:
2/3 Mix of Cool air from outside, and hot + possibly humid from internal components fills the chamber and supplies water cooled HFC with oxygen, continuing chemical reaction that generates heat electricity and water.

When lung contracts:
This mixed warm and humid air leaves the body, and smaller portion of it goes into internal ventilation all through insides of the body collecting humidity from literally unnoticeable passive leaking and condensation with heat for it to then return back into lung when it expands.

Therefore, in this concept such humanoid biomimetic robot will have warm and slightly humid breath. With possibility of speeding up the cycle for breathing, and opening mouth at extreme loads and overheat.

THE PROBLEM. in concept above this message the ribcage region is filled with servos hydrogen tanks and a pump.

Thanks a lot im really glad to hear support, though its sad to know that this concept will never see the light since my vision sees non standardised hi end stuff that needs to be exclusively produced making it really expensive. Especially "nanotech" thermo conductive silicon skin, and overall "layered sweat cooling skin system" , this stuff is possible, but i dont even wanna start thinking about the price

Oh also its possible to design additional 3rd layer of skin made out layered mix of fabrics and most effective for this concept foam with fractal sound proofing pattern (excluding regions with friction, like joints for example), it should silence or atleast drastically make difference for the sound sources like servos, pump, valves, etc. and these should be already as silent as possible by themselves

To make it even more realistic the space between 1st and 2nd layers must be vacuum sealed and filled with <1mm layer of some type of really viscous thermally conductive gel with glue like properties.

As to avoid the unnatural twists and air possibly filling this space making this robot swell or make skin "hang" in some places and positions

Also for water storage, it should be located in abdominal cavity that would have around 5-6L of space, realistically, there will be space for only 1-2L.

And by calculating rate of water loss due to evaporation it will be something like 1.17-1.20L per hour.

By fitting additional water tanks inside hips and buttocks (this region has 6-8L of volume) we can fit additional 2L water tanks. Making Neureal drink 500ml of water every half a hour, and function without water for 3-4Hours (if there is no water it will overheat.)

...Making it so this concept will sweat in calm state like a human at extreme actions.

But im looking at it without simulations.

Maybe irl the air cooling, and thermal conductivity of the body will ease the load and need of water cooling lowering the actual amount of TDP on "sweat" system, driving it closer to human like properties, lowering the needed amount of water, MAKING IT SO HYDROGEN FUEL CELL WILL PRODUCE EXCESSIVE WATER THAT NEEDS TO BE DISPOSED OFF OH MY GOD ACTUAL PEEING

Its also possible to design capillaries to avoid places that dont usually sweat, and making grid more replete in some regions mimicking actual human body.

YES ITS POSSIBLE, its possible to implement into water cooling system miniature enclosed copper heatsinks connecting it to air flow dissipating immense amounts of heat, lowering the load on a water pump and evaporation rates to human like properties, leaving only abdominal water chamber, and sadly making the need to drink optional, and inducing the need to pee 3.5-4L in 1 day though, that is not human like, but its really close...

By making skin dissipate 110-205WTDP, water evaporation rate will become 0.1-0.3L per hour. With the use of graphene oxide coating the skin will feel unimaginably real, and cooling will become way more efficient.
Passive cooling of the body is something like 65-85W

And copper heatsink should be silver ones, hidden deep in the body connected to the airflow dissipating rest of 710-780WTDP worth of heat.

The system should be very adaptable, under heavy loads pump can work harder (like a heart beating faster), body will sweat more, it will pant.
When system is "relaxed" the overall heat will be 300-400W and can be dissipated by only breathing, making body completely dry like an actual human.

With evaporation rates of 1-2.5L per 14 hours , and water generation at 8 Liters, there is 5.5-7 Liters to dispose off. Some of it should be put into actual use inside of the body, like implementing evaporation chambers for even more cooling and humidity from breathing reaching human-like 99%, lowering the excessive amount of water by unknown value since im lazy

and it must know the surface temperature of the skin, keeping it 36-39°

So i just need to break it down.

To make artificial body that is as close to real i need to make it experience 5 fundamental senses

Vision - the easiest
Hearing - the easiest
Feeling - the easiest
Smelling - kinda tricky
Tasting - how?

Well we can use the same technology used for smelling. The example is CES2020 in Las Vegas where Stratuscent demonstrated a technology of a digital smelling device driven by AI. By implementing such technology into the design reverse engineering and placing sensors on soft robotics tongue (with the use of rotational multimaterial 3d printing for actual "muscle"), adding additional AI model for recognition of smell and taste that will give text description to Neuro/Evil, we can make all 5 senses real.

Now its the Maslow's hierarchy of needs. Its 1st step. The rest are completely not our focus

What human body needs to survive? And how we can make it of real practical use, and implement it into the concept?

Human body needs to:

Breathe- We solved that problem
Drink - We created the problem
Eat - How?
Pee - It now pees too much
Poo - How?
Sleep - Solved before starting.

Oh and i just found out how to make taste even more effective. We can use wavelength sensors and beam specific light at food, it will reflect it at different wavelength according to chemical compound and the sensor will catch it, we already know how different chemicals taste like and by collecting info on the food it can now tell the taste, and feed it to the language model as a text promt. It will use very little energy, and its really compact. And we can do it with smells too.

Now, how to make practical use for eating? We can use every day food, and feed into small tank that is filled with engineered E.Coli, or Geobacter Sulfurenducers. The stomach should be soft, and i think it really is possible.

The best part is. It will generate additional power at 2-15% efficiency rate, it will generate CO2 that can be directed into air circulation system and now concept not only breathes hot and humid air out, but its also CO2.

By adding additional small 1L soft methan tank, "intestine", we can process food futher, making this concept generate SAME AMOUNT OF FART GASES AS A HEALTHY HUMAN AND LITERALLY SH### BROWN SAUSAGES

Robot eats food, it can taste the smell and also tell its texture.

It swallows it, it goes into the "stomach" or MFC, it feeds electricity generating bacteria and after some time, it can move into "intestine" or just a small methane tank, to feed the bacteria that will generate methane that needs to be farted out and turn food into smelling disgusting slop, to then dispose off

oh I'm so stupid, i can use hudrogen producing bacteria instead of MFC, and direct produced hydrogen back into system for HFC making tanks more compact(also decreasing overall weight), and inducing REAL need to eat for continuous autonomy

and food can move into "stomach" with the use of water powered soft robotics simulating real esophagus and with that making sure nothing will spill, and allowing project to throw up if some potential errors will happen. Like, idk, mistaking lego brick for a gummy bear

real esophagus produces a form of mucus i'm pretty sure, but that doesn't quite apply in this case
