Yoooooo Vedal, I think this is a really cool idea that finds a nice middle-ground between the ability to have the AI read-out a highlighted-message to feed para-socialness and get you money, and having a less ADHD experience for the AIs, so they don't get distracted by tail-petting when musing about philosophy and their existence. What do you think? Pleeeeeese consider this. Also you might need to work on UI to tell people that highlighted-messages are off, which I believe you said you don't want to do because of clutter but pleeeeease consider nonetheless.
