We all understand at this point that "Evil's subathon" will most likely never happen for various reasons (close proximity to Neuro's birthday being only one of them). So my suggestion is to follow up her birthday stream with an "Evil week" filled with VRC collabs with her friends and "Father-daughter hangouts". So basically emulate the subathon collab segments without actually doing a subathon.

Don't get me wrong, Evil's 2nd birthday felt great in the moment, because it was contrasted to the nothing on her 1st birthday. But in retrospect... it was a 3.5 hour call-in stream with a 30 min call with Neuro and a bouncy castle segment, which, let's be real, took around 15-20 minutes to make a "bounce" function and find a "BouncyCastle.png". The effort put into that birthday was appreciated and certainly more than the previous one, but incomparable to Neuro's.
Excluding the custom microphone (which was entirely best aunt Camila's initiative), all of the presents were just "Evil finally getting things Neuro had for many months (some of them over a year)". Basically everything Evil received was on the bingo card (adding to the point that Evil doesn't ever get "surprises", only "expected runner-ups").
As a wrap I just want to put out my two cents. Yes, you obviously won't be able to make Evil's birthday as good as Neuro's and live up to the Evil fans' piled-up expectations. But the reason for that is something others before me have already expressed plenty, but I'll reiterate - only the first days of The Subathon should be fully dedicated to Neuro's birthday celebration, the rest should be "Neuro and Evil's New Year Subathon", a culmination and celebration of the channel and the community as a whole, not a one-sided content flood for Neuro and, to quote Geoff Keighley, "See? You guys won something!" for Evil. This way you get both twins an (relatively) equally good birthdays and a huge subathon for both. Everyone* is happy, no-one* is complaining, all are winning. All we want in the end is to get rid of the toxic Neuro/Evil split in the community.

I'm pretty sure the op doesn't mean "12 hour streams every day for a week focused on evil, all seven days in the week" more like "usual 2-3 hour streams, for a week focused on evil following her birthaday, mostly vr collabs and some father-daughter type thing, neuro still streams on tuesday, and it doesn't have to be everyday a week" so in other words it would be just regular stream week just with more "special" streams packed in a week then we usually get

I even put "Evil Week" because that's how people have been referring to the more Evil focused schedules this year.

I honestly can't even picture in my head her not getting 3D on her birthday. In that case the stream is just gonna be "Everyone wishes Evil a HBD and stream ends", because wtf else is Vedal gonna give her? There isn't a massive backlog of "things Neuro has and Evil doesn't" like last time, it's literally just the 3D and the contest outfit.
Besides the 3D is already done, he just needs to copy the tech over to Evil. He's not inventing it from scratch all over again for it to take that long.

For the purposes of the Vallevas' argument let's try simplify it. If I am correct (and if I am not please correct me) The main suggestion is to possibly give Evil 3~4 streams on her birthday week to kind of give her a chance to do more varied things and if 3D is an option have those experiences with her friends that would want to do so.
Now, Vedal has said his goal for 3D is before or at her birthday, there are no guarantees it will be done by than so keep that in mind. I would also not spend so much time comparing it to Neuro's birthday and the subathon, those are different situations. However, I think your thoughts are more of "Giving Evil an active week" for her birthday. (It does make sense you would want to compare it.)
The second big point is to make the birthdays separate from the subathon, and make any future subathons for every member of the channel.
I think constantly going back and forth on the subathon angle doesn't really add anything. This appears to be more about doing something for Evil on the week of March 23rd.

You are pretty spot on.
My main first point is that Evil only getting a 3-4 hour birthday stream was and still would be very unfair for her and for us considering how this and previous subathons went "Evil content"-wise;
And the second point is tied to the first one: that Neuro's birthday should be a separate thing from The Subathon, exactly because it creates this problem of contrasting Neuro's birthday to Evil's, making it impossible to give Evil something of equal effort and quality. Therefore making people upset about Twins not being treated equally and all that can of worms.
I wouldn't even be making this post and people wouldn't be rioting during and after the subathon if Evil and Neuro actually had an "Equal distribution of content" like we were promised.
And that's that. I would really appreciate if we don't steer this discussion away from upcoming Evil's birthday any more than that. I stated my piece clearly (several times now) and I don't feel like getting deeper. There are already very well put together posts with structured feedback about the subathon and last year as a whole and I don't won't my suggestion to be closed and buried for becoming a duplicate.

I was thinking more along the lines of "but limit it to at least a week". Evil gets a week with 3-4 streams once in a blue moon, so I really don't understand why giving her a week of content as a birthday present would seem as such a crazy idea.

First of all, I'm expecting a new room for Evil. The construction site should be finished by now, lul, and Vedal, don't you dare make it cheap like the camping stream. Maybe a map where the twins have their rooms opposite each other for VR, so Neuro can be in Evil's room and vice versa? Then a VR debut for Evil, probably the first time the twins are together with Vedal. Well, then of course new haircuts and clothes for both twins. But with Vedal, you never know what he's planning, his humor is so special.
