2. As it coincides with New Year's Eve, most fans will be available to watch, and a surge in stream revenue is expected during the festive season.
3. This can serve as a response to the active contributions of B2 fans, compensating for the lack of subscription revenue.
4. A brand-new themed stream will not only feel fresh but also test Neuro's database regarding other cultures, with full controllability.
5. Showcasing Vedal's attention to B2 fans will boost their favorability, while also offering a novel experience for the Twitch audience.
6. A significant surge in fan-created content from the community is anticipated.

China has a lot of viewers but it shouldn’t get special attention over other countries.

while you make a point, this is not a country-related holiday (like the 4th of July you just mentioned). This is new year celebration.

Plus, tons of East Asian regions, like Taiwan or Singapore or Malaysia or Japan or etc celebrate it as well, which is why I prefer the same "Lunar New Year" over "Chinese New Year."

Actually, Spring Festival leans more towards being a cultural holiday—it’s basically like Christmas.

The examples you gave, such as Independence Day, should be compared to Chinas National Day (Oct 1st) instead, so that analogy isn’t really apt.

Spring Festival has massive cultural influence and a long-standing tradition. According to b2s 1 million followers, I dont think this proposal is over the top at all.

I think the Lunar New Year is a major festival with worldwide significance and should be treated with high priority, no less important than Christmas in the West.

Well yeah, as Chinese/Lunar New Year becomes more and more popular worldwide it is more comparable to Xmas.

Like in China, Japan and many non-western/non-Christian countries celebrate Xamas in their way as well.

But it is up to Vedal himself to decide whether it is appropriate or not.

There are many ways to make this kind of streams feel less “exclusively for Chinese swarms.”

For example, you could incorporate Chinese snacks, try making dumplings together, or even react to Bilibili videos (aimed at all audiences). Chinese swarms are part of the global swarms community.

Due to unavoidable circumstances, their interaction with other swarms may face certain barriers, but that doesn’t mean their culture cannot be embraced by other swarms.

It is more about cultural exchange than about exclusive services to swarms of a certain country.

I think it would be nice to have a Chinese New Year themed stream for our Chinese friends. Its a very important holiday for them. Also I'm sure there would be enough english speaking China based V-Tubers, that would be more than happy to have a possible collab with the twins. Maybe even IRL showing the Twins around some of the festivities or something like that. Maybe a bit late to plan it for this year but maybe keep it in mind for next. Greetings from Germany.

Uh, I'm not Chinese and I don't particularly enjoy Chinese culture more than others, but Chinese viewers SHOULD get a bit more attention.
It's all to gain, also Chinese new year is already popular enough around the world.

Actually, any popular festivity themed stream that other English streamers have done can be done by Neuro.
Easter, Chinese New Year, Valentine's Day, Saint Patrick's Day, Oktoberfest, Thanksgiving, 4th of July, etc... All festivities that are known and sometimes celebrated in the west.
It's not that we are going to ask for a Carnevale o La Befana stream

I think it would still be very reasonable to do something. Getting an appropriately themed background and maybe streaming it at a more CN friendly time just this once would be doable.
You could maybe get some mods to load up some art from CN/East Asian swarm specifically into a special art review.
Instruct her to do a quiz segment on lunar new year? I dunno if that would work. I dunno how hard it would be to set the highlighted messages to billibilli instead of twitch or if billibilli even has something resembling bits, but it could be cool.
