Will Vedal release a neuro-same vocaloid?

As the title suggests, make neuro’s singing voice into a vocaloid, main purpose being that the swarm can make more neuro original music

My main concern is just if the voice itself is private or something

Vedal is unlikely to do so, I believe he has reason to keep Neuro's tech secret as he's said before (if I remember correctly at least)
I'm working on basically making that myself though so it's not like we need Vedal to release it

"original" music... The way Neuro and Evil's music is made I don't think fan made music would be considered original anyway. Just my thoughts tho
