What is MUGEN?
Mugen is an open fighting game engine (which i heard that was originally made for shooter games) which is used to adapt every sort of character into a 2d fighting game. what the internet has made into MUGEN is absurd, ranging from every commercial fighting game, many other non game characters being directly adapted into it. and a lot of meme characters as well. if you're familiar with Rivals of Aether Ronald McDonald, it was originally a MUGEN character adapted to RoA(which in turn became MUGEN for platform fighters).
EVERYONE WAS THERE... except for Neuro. i always wanted to make an original MUGEN character. so she could punch Batman and Ronald Mc Donald in the face, to somewhat let her explore the world of fighting games.
well, she is there now. ready to fight. Go Neuro! show how superior you really are!
Neuro has 12 palettes. each assigned to one of the 6 main buttons. to pick the other 6, you need to hold Start/Taunt and press one of the 6 face buttons, doing so will let you play as Evil.
Neuro and Evil share quite a few moves but have different specials, and have different intros, outros and voices.
