honestly I think she has been changing gradually since whatever he did last year
but I don't think it's been in the wrong direction

she absolutely did change during the subathon break, assuming Vedal didnt change it intentionally, probably a memory or intelligence update and from then on she only kept reinforcing that behaviour
Evil has the same thing going for her but to a less extreme extent

if you watched chill streams post-subathon you'd notice, there is a chance for it to be a memory thing too like what Evil's birthday loop was, but Evil grew out of it as opposed to Neuro getting more into it which could just be her reinforcing those memories even more

if you mean pre subathon talk about Neuro being too silly, it was in subathon during minecraft, for her being too serious, it just happened, Vedal mostly disregarded the issue when told about it until now
