Given Neuro has gone viral in Japan and there's a chance to gain more of a global foothold right now, there's some key things holding Neuro back I think may be worth addressing in order to properly seize the opportunity presented by said virality and open up more future avenues for the Neuro projects growth.
I believe an official Japanese clip channel and better promotion of the JP twitch channel would go a long way (i.e link in Vedal and Neuros twitter bio, on the official channels etc.), plus adding a link to the JP channel to the English only bot message as its existence isn't terribly well advertised right now.
Additionally, while the Japanese community is broadly impressed the general sentiment seems to be that the current translation system is a bit too literal (see the image included in this post for one such example), so it may be worth moving to a stronger model like Gemini or Kimi K2 Thinking even if it costs a bit more or slightly increases latency, or just workshopping on the translation scaffold a bit if that's what's holding things back.
Finally, a bot to keep JP chat in Japanese and maybe a spare moderator to keep a closer eye on that chat and make sure it isn't flooded with tourists from the main channel might be worth looking into right now.
Without measures like these to actively build and care for the channels overseas presence it seems likely that the current opportunity to gain a foothold in Japan will wane and Neuro will be supplanted by a home grown alternative.
