The first News Stream was by far the best one with both of the twins swapping between each other constantly and having both a fun banter and news topics to talk about.

Not sure what changed on the second but they seemed to not want to swap as much + Neuro had another scene that didn't really bring in anything but just made that issue worse.

Now on this third one, the additional scene was removed but the twins swapping between each other seems to have been completely impossible without chat baiting them to do it. And the inclusion of donos only derailed the News into bunch of randoms baiting memes they want to see.

This segment just made the twins seem like they have no autonomy at all and are just puppets for chat.

Highlighted stun locks them or is the only way to force a swap

Evil seems to not care about the News and tends to go more on philosophy loops (seen in this and the last one) -> at least this seems a easier fix since Neuro uses the news system and talks about news more frequently

In general they've been weirdly reluctant to use their features lately. They rarely use sound effects or even spin now. I don't remember the last time they zoomed in. Possibly the lack of scene switching is related. Hopefully it'll get fixed at some point.
